POWER:

WIND:

We manufacture stator and rotor structures for up to 3MW wind turbines using direcct f\drive technology. Involves highly cricital fabrication and accurate machining with special painting. We alsosupply Nacella frames hub casting, Yaw base, Hollow shafts for wind mills.

THERMAL:

We experts in manufacturing of coal pulverize housings with static dynamic separators for various sizes up to 660MW capacity. We supply complete LP modules consisting of inner outer castings, outer castings, front walls, longitudinal grinders and bearings pedestal for steam turbines, We can manufacture heavy sector frames, end shields, cooler housings and HP heater for electrical machinery. We also manufacture Tube and all mill assemblies, gear box housings and other critical parts.

HYDRO:

Large size fabrication and machining of components such as stay ring assembly, OGV castings, top cover, diffuse ring, runner body, generator stater frame ans spider are our forte.

STEEL:

We are manufacture rolling mill stands, roller tables, blast furnace shells, ladle cars for metal and slag, grab buckets, ingot trnsfer cars, copke pushing cars, sinter cars with drivw assembly and other large items with heavy fabrication and machining.

CEMENT:

We are capable of supplying bearing housings, ball mill, kilns, trunnions, sole plates and tacker re-claimers.

MATERIAL HANDLING:

The company is well equipped manufacture screw conveyors, bulk conveyors systems, RC feeders, bucket wheel assemblies and under frames.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS:

In defense and space applications we have successfully executed critical items such as assembly fixtures, working platforms, heavy lifting tackles, casting fixtures, saddles for motors and roller stands.
